It is not the talent, education, nor computers but the developing combinations of interrelated skills, plus a willingness to go as far as needed, that has transformed me into a finely honed Solution Finding "Machine".

Over 40 years of experience in R&D, tooling and manufacturing. Established 2 new product design and development companies, focusing on Benevolent Foresight, developing products and services with consideration for well being of mankind, environment as well as “Victory for Whole” philosophy. Developed consumer products, created 22 micro miniatures masters for Star Trek that received H. G. Wells Sci. Fi Award for most detailed Sci-Fi miniatures. Created technical drawings, engineering and tooling for production of consumer and government contracts. Wrote business plans, technical and promotional materials. Worked with inventors, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, marketers, and business professionals. Worked with pioneers of green energy industry. Co-Founder of Texas Inventors Association. Diversified back ground in machining, manufacturing, tool and die making. Worked in auto mobile, aircraft and printing industry. Designed and made large molds for plastic molding industry. Designed and developed windmill and practical energy energy storage devices. Developed practical and modular building systems.

Bruce is licensed, Professional Electronic Engineer with diversified experience in new products, alternative energy, new technological advancements and manufacturing.

Cloudsifter Flood- B.A., M.A

Specializes in writing and editing for business professionals. Experienced in grant writing. Former Instructor at University of Hawaii, Hawaii Pacific University and Sogang University (S. Korea). She is Native American with great interest in and knowledge of diverse cultures. She "translated" the words of Dr. R. Buckminster Fuller into language comprehensible to an intelligent of 12-13 year-old, and was special assistant to Richard C. Hoagland. Cloud has helped us in business communications for over 10 years.

Mark Clay Mark Clay-B.A .- Chief Financial Officer

Currently managing Sleep Country, USA. Worked in Loan and Mortgage industry for years. Twenty-one years sales experience. Nine years Retail management of 5 million dollars in annual sales in Silo, Inc. (Circuit City) Seattle, WA.

Brit Elders - Creative Networking

Brit Elders is a longtime proponent of natural energy resources. She is the CEO of www.ShirleyMacLaine.com <http://www.ShirleyMacLaine.com> whose background includes electronic counter measure and investigative work. Brit has produced over 20 documentaries on a variety of topics for companies such as Televisa, Fugi TV, and Nippon Television. She is a published author and recognized for her research and articles on alternative health. Brit brings these talents and numerous contacts to this venture.

Regina Hucks - Executive Assistant

For over 25 years, Regina has worked with a variety of businesses both established and startup to develop corporate identities, business plans, branding, logo development, marketing materials, website design and deployment and product development while creating systems, protocols and procedures. She has been instrumental in developing training materials for both product and service oriented businesses and hired and trained personnel in various industries. She has developed and implemented successful advertising and marketing campaigns (creative and media buys) for both domestic and international markets in addition to creating web presence and e-commerce capabilities, web marketing strategies and deployment. In several cases, she negotiated sale of a clients business to larger concerns.
